Application Characteristics

This product offers excellent initial color retention and long-term thermal stability, with strong color-holding capability. Compared to HT7803, it provides superior heat resistance, balanced internal/external lubrication, minimal plate-out, and excellent resistance to sulfur staining. Finished products made with this stabilizer exhibit a pleasant tactile feel and demonstrate excellent printability and heat-seal performance. A pronounced synergistic effect is achieved when used in combination with phosphite esters and epoxy compounds. It can also be used in conjunction with powdered barium-zinc stabilizers.

The product meets the requirements of the RoHS Directive and EN 71 standards regarding safety and hygiene.

Packaging, Storage, and Transportation

This product is packaged in plastic drums (net weight: 200 kg per drum), galvanized steel drums (net weight: 200 kg per drum), or plastic IBC totes (net weight: 1,000 kg per container). It must not come into contact with water. It is recommended to store in a dry, well-ventilated, and light-protected warehouse. The shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture.
